My boyfriend and I are planning on a quick trip to Atlanta from Thursday to Saturday next weekend.
We are big into Halloween events and my boyfriend wants to try Netherworld, one of the best haunted houses in the United States. We are also theme park lovers and will be stopping by Six Flags to attend their Halloween event (Fright Fest) My boyfriend has never been to the Atlanta Zoo so we dropping by to check out their pandas.
Why aren't we going to the two most touriest attrations: World of Coke and the Aquarium? I grew up in Hot Atlanta and have been to the World of Coke more times than I can count. Every year in school it was a field trip to the World of Coke. Honstly, it is cool but not something I needed to do every year for 9 years. The Aquarium on the other hand is amazing and sadly we don't have enough time to fully experience it for full price. Remember budget is the way I travel lately.
Therefore our itinerary is this:
Thursday: drive up Netherworld, dinner
Friday: Zoo and Six Flags FrightFest (have a season pass)
Saturday: Drive Back.
Our budget is tight and doesn't involved too much exploring. Just means another quick trip to Atlanta will have to be planned in the future!
