Be our Guest restaurant is one of the most popular restaurants to eat at on Disney Property. Demand has always been high since opening two years ago making getting reservations very hard. To reserve your spot to dine with the Beast, one must usually make reservations 180 days in advance.
We had family in town and were luckily enough to score a 8:20am seating. Early breakfast in Magic Kingdom is one of my favorite things as you get to be in an almost empty park. Just beware of EMH mornings (mornings where gets who are staying at a Disney resort gets into the park an hour early.)
We arrived to the parking lot at 8:05am. We parked in the second row in Aladdin and boarded the monorail. I would estimate to arrive to the TTC (Transportation and Ticket Center) at least 45 minutes prior to your reservation time.
After departing the monorail and going through security, you want to make your way to the left. This is where they scan your Magicband or park ticket to ensure you have either a reservation or tour scheduled.
One of the best moments of early morning Breakfast at Magic Kingdom is walking down Main Street with a practically empty road. As we were hungry and on a mission, we took a quick picture in front of Cinderella Castle with no one around. It was amazing. Early dinning reservations pays for itself just to photograph main street empty.
When we arrived to Beasts castle, we were sent straight inside and found our way into the Suit of Amour hall. Here you get a glimpse into the ballroom and notice the attention to the detail around the castle.
Breakfast and lunch are considered Quick Service. This is because you order at a "counter" or in this case the ordering room. Before you place your order, you will receive a red rose to place on your table if you don't have a Magicband. To place your order, you will use touch screens to select which meals you would want.

After ordering, you find a table in three of the themed rooms. The music room is the quietest and always have tables. The west wing is my favorite with the atmosphere. Of course, the main room is the ballroom. This is where everyone tries to sit and the hardest place to find a table.

Luckily for us, we found a table easily near the balcony windows. They had decorated the dinning room for Christmas. I spent a good few minutes looking at the Christmas tree in the middle examining the decorations.
After a few minutes, plate of pastries came out. There was a good assortment though most felt like ones you might find at hotels conventional breakfast. They were good though and easy to take with you while you head out to ride the attractions.
After a few more minutes, our meals came to our table. We ordered the Croquet Madame, (an open-faced ham sandwich topped with a fried egg, Gruyere cheese, and becahmel served with fresh fruit), Open face Bacon and Egg Sandwich (Poached eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, brie cheese and Arugula on a toasted Baguette served with Fresh Fruit) and the Eggs Florentine (Puff Pastry Shell with Scrambled Eggs,Cheese, and fresh Spinach served with Country Ham, Roasted Plum Tomatoes). They were all tasty. The best was the Eggs Florentine which was eaten before I even got to take a picture of it.
For Breakfast the meals were very different from "Theme Park" normal breakfast foods. I did notice a few parents getting upset cause their child was not eating their foods. I assume it was too different for the kids than their normal eggs or cereal.
The breakfast for Be Our Guest is a fixed price which currently holds at $19.99 for adults & $11.99 for children
Overall, breakfast was solid meal. A little over priced but let's be honest here no one is paying for the food but the atmosphere of the restaurant. I prefer lunch and dinner here more than breakfast though. However, I would recommend breakfast if you wanted to get into Be Our Guest and it is your only choice or want to be in the park early for great photo opportunities!
